About Us

ZhongShuXin (Shenzhen) Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd. is based in Shenzhen and serves Africa and overseas markets, specializing in energy & power, industrial parks, integrated urban development, and the construction and operation of special economic zones. Starting from project resource matchmaking, we work with domestic and international partners across investment, design, construction, business attraction, and operation, forming an integrated service capability that spans “project acquisition — master design — investment & construction — leasing & operation — integrated management.”

Our business covers natural gas and photovoltaic power plant projects, as well as the development, construction, sales, and management of large-scale parks of 500+ hectares. Built to standalone smart-city standards, our parks bring together industrial plants, residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, hotels, schools, and hospitals into complete special economic zone communities.

Our core focus is engaging clients and acquiring project resources. We partner with other companies for master design, construction, leasing, and operation, coordinating the whole effort in a model similar to a domestic economic development zone management committee. Two projects have now entered early-stage development: we are establishing an SPV company in Africa and a consortium company in China to jointly advance projects including a Sports Special Economic Zone and a Free Trade Economic Zone. We position ourselves as an integrator of China–Africa industrial cooperation projects, a consortium organizer, and a park management platform — committed to providing overseas clients with full-lifecycle services from project planning through operation management.
